For a perfect mix in hot liquids

To avoid clumps and get optimal dissolution: Let your hot liquid cool down slightly before adding ELEVO. Very hot liquids won’t reduce the nutritional benefits. However, extreme heat can slightly affect texture, as egg protein may lightly “cook.”

3 simple steps

  • Add 1 or 2 scoops.

    * Avoid pouring onto milk foam or coffee crema. Make sure your liquid isn’t too hot.

    1

  • Stir until fully dissolved.

  • Customize to your taste— then enjoy!

For Cold liquids

  1. First, dissolve one ELEVO scoop in a very small amount of lukewarm water (30ml), mixing well.
  2. Once fully dissolved, you can add your cold liquid without any issues.
  3. Customize to your taste — then enjoy!
